just wondering how long anyone has experienced waiting for the one parent family payment? i applied in september and have heard nothing. my maternity benefit was up on the 19th november, am back to work part time but as I am only working 10-15 hours per week am getting less than i was on maternity benefit. i am getting rent allowance, which is great, but very little else. baby's dad isn't able to pay any financial maintenance, but he does mind the baby on the evenings that i work. does anyone know can you claim anything from the cwo while waiting for opf to come through and is the opf backdated to when you applied? thanks
