Changing licence to UK licence

    Hi guys,

    Is it possible to change an Irish car driving licence to a UK one without living in the UK? I want to change it as an Irish licence isn't usable in Canada if I want to live there.

    Can someone just go up north and do it and if so, can you get it done while you wait? Where does one go?
