M&S ad like prawns

The latest ad for M&S is advertising some party food - one in particular caught my eye and I thought i't like something like that for starter xmas dinner. Its prawn chopped up with chilli and other things and reshaped - anybody any ideas / receipes (pls dont say go to M&S and buy!:p) Thanks folks!
