adding a new bet to a selection

    Hey, i had 50 on amelia to win xcfactor at 8/1, shes 2/1 now. I want to add another bet to this before the result next week. I done the bet oin the shop, do you think they will allow me to add another selection to it, or does his not happen? thanks

    if a bookies allows you to do this they will no doubt tell you that you are placing a new bet and new rate comes into effect ...so you'd get 2/1+new bet odds .... so best of luck with your original bet.

    simple thing to do is place the other bet as a new bet - assuming she will win - both bets come in ...woo hoo !

    (if she doesn't ...you loose both bets)

    it might be a good idea to "green up", i.e bet against her winning now at lower odds or sell the docket to someone else so that they get 5/2 (E128 selling price) and you guarantee yourself a profit.
