XBox Bundles Query

Are any bricks and mortar shops selling the following xbox bundle? where is the best and cheapest place to buy?
Xbox 250gb/320gb slim with kinect. NO GAMES!!
Every place I look they come bundled with games. I already have original 20gb model, just want to update hardware.
All ideas welcome!
