    Get the sender to write "There's no one in here but us chickens" down the side of the package.

    simples

    get the seller to state on the invoice that the entire contents of the container merely costed $19.99 and then you will only have to pay taxes on that ..

    give the seller a taste obviously......ten spot should do it.
