bord gais have presented cyril kavanagh with an award for being corks num 1 fan, iv always thought him to be a bluffer and attention seeker, i dont think he is even affiliated to any club,
lots of people travel to league games to places like tyrpone, armagh, monaghan, ahd go to junior b club matches without seeking attention

Well I do not know him but I would consider myself a big Cork fan . However, I will let people know what I do know about him. He is a member of Dougas GAA. He has not missed a Senior championship game in either hurling or football since 1973. He attends all league matches at home and I have seen him at a lot of the away matches too. He follows minors and under 21a in both codes and he also follows the ladies footballers and the camoige.

He goes to literally EVERY league and championship game for Years, in both codes aswell as his clubs' game( yes he has a club:rolleyes:) and u21, junior, ladies etc - he is Corks most noticable fan - FACT.
Bord Gais decided to present him with an award... - how exactly was he seeking attention??? He has been wearing the Sombrero for years and years - do you think he wore it and spent God knows how much on tickets/travel just so he could get an award from Bord Gais?

How exactly do you think he was a bluffer?
