I think Enda Kenny or indeed one of his special advisors like Ciaran Conlon needs to explain how paying particular civil servants too much will help the country get out of the hole.

These people aren't civil servants. They're party political plants. There should be no advisors paid from the public purse. not while you have actual public servants doing the same job
