Item never recieved - my rights?

In July I ordered a digital camera from pixmania.ie and was told it would be delivered within 10 working days. It has still not been delivered to me , and each month since then I have sent an email to pixmania.ie telling them this.

Every time I get back an email for me to fill out to say it hasnt been recieved, along with asking me to upload ID.

They send this email to me regardless of me telling them I have submitted it many times already.

In the email they tell me that the item was dispatched from their warehouse so it was the shipping company that lost it.

Can anybody inform me what I should do ??? I know its been a long time now but it still annoys me , it cost me 70euro and Im only a student

phone them up and push them until they resolve the problem, ask to speak to a supervisor
