    Not all gloves are the same. Not much point in going into the differences when ye'll just be hitting pads with them. My dearest gloves for 120 are the least hard wearing of the gloves ive worn. Just choose the weight you want and get a pair where the thumb is attached to the glove

    For hitting pads as above it makes little difference, I'd be inclined to strap your hands though, the bandage type stuff in chemists for a €5 a roll do the job grand for pad work, more important imo to strap hands to prevent against wrist and hand injuries than to be bothered about the actual gloves. I have a cheap ole pair of t sport bag mits and they're grand once I strap/wrap my handies before lashing the bag for a while :)

    I never did the likes of boxercise but it's important to throw the punches correctly too to avoid injury and whatnot, dunno do boxercise instructors go into that but if you are hitting a pad as opposed to air it becomes important.
