Playing NTSC Video

    Hi,

    I'm wondering does anyone know if it's possible to play NTSC on recent PAL TVs.

    I'v read that if your PAL Tv can play 60Hz signals like many new games require then you can play NTSC DVDs so long as you have the correct region. Is this true?

    I also heard that if you play an NTSC Disc in a HD device over HDMI that it'll work on any screen regardless off NTSC/PAL. That true?

    Any help one this would be great, thanks :)
