Missing link - small box under the TV

I have a NAS sharing out content via DLNA, and would like to use my phone to stream that content to stereos/TVs around the house. I have this 'missing link' in mind, but don't know if they exist at the cost I'd like.

The controller will be my phone, I have the Skifta app which can connect to the NAS and also asks me which DLNA client I want to stream to. That's the question.....I would like to source those DLNA client boxes as cheaply as possible, with the bare minimum of features.

At the TV, I would like to find a box with an Ethernet port and HDMI out, which will act as a DLNA client for the Skifta app. No remote control required, or storage. As long as it had a real simple web interface which allowed me to give it a name, that's all I need. I've been looking on eBay, but can't find much under e100 and would like to get two for that price or less.

At stereos, I'd like similar devices, but with WiFi & Ethernet and Phono out, and a simple web interface to name it and give it the password to WiFi network.

Do such devices exist at a cost of 30/40e each? If not at that cost, could anyone recommend the next best option?

    Thanks.
