Custom Beer Glass?

    Hi all,
    to all the beer lovers, Iwas wondering if anyone has ever ordered a customised beer glass and can recommend a place/website? I have a small image I want to put on a beer mug for a christmas present. Ideally a full colour image, rather than an etching, but I'd welcome suggestions for etching places too.
    Can find a bunch when I google it, but most of the sites look really amateur and out of date, and have poor quality photos.
    Irish or US based are both fine, as the gift will be going to the states.
