Got myself the TM S&W .40 AEP a couple weeks ago and I'm looking to upgrade it.

Just wondering if anyone knows anywhere cheap to get:
    -Silencer adaptor.
    -Mk23 Silencer

and I want to add a 6.03 Barrel, would the same barrel for a carbine be used for this? (only shorter) Don't really know anything about pistol internals.

    Thanks in advance!

well i don't know about the S&W but all the pistol I've upgraded, or modded have had different barrals compared to an AEG, length being the obvious one but the hop ups on pistols are also way different the hop up locations will be different over an AEG

in a pistol I'd go for looks over accuracy, why spend the extra money on a 6.03 barrel when it's maybe what like 5 cm long? the TTB would make little difference at that length barrel.

    I'll be doubling it's length

oh you're going to use the supressor as a barrel extender?

The current internals may struggle to make the BB leave the longer barrel. I don't know a lot about AEP internals, but the volume of the cylinder might not generate enough pressure to ensure the BB leaves the barrel, as can happen when extending inner barrels on rifles. The only difference is on rifles there are a multitude of cylinders available.

Might be worth checking on arniesairsoft.co.uk to see if anyone has done anything similar, and what needed changing on the inside.

You may not have to change anything - I just said I'd post the above in case it is of any use to you; it might not even be the case (hopefully it isn't :) )
