I know this sounds really petty, but today i withdrew some money from my current account ,Anyway the teller asked me was i going to another bank etc and of course i said yes.... anyway got my bank draft issued and later i came home and noticed that i was charged €2.40 for this..i am sure he should have told me this or am i…

Should have been explain and it normally is.

If your annoyed enough complain and seek a refund.

As for dup statements, most online banking will cover off the last six years, so you could have avoided that charge depending on what bank your talking about.
