    Hi,

I'm having consistant internet dropped connection errors, I have to reboot router regularly to resolve. I'm on 8mb package using zyxel p-660hw-t1-v3. Current case ID opened with yourselves is 4378530. I've connected to master socket as per tests and problem still persists. I notice a lot of ADSL SEF errors each time the problem occurs - see below
    12/02/2011 10:21:24ADSL up, connection speed: 512 kbps/6144 kbps ADSL212/02/2011 10:20:56ADSL down, possible reason: SEF(Severely Errored Frame) ADSL312/02/2011 10:10:17ADSL up, connection speed: 512 kbps/6144 kbps ADSL412/02/2011 10:09:48ADSL down, possible reason: SEF(Severely Errored Frame) ADSL512/02/2011 09:32:40ADSL up, connection speed: 512 kbps/6144 kbps ADSL612/02/2011 09:32:11ADSL down, possible reason: SEF(Severely Errored Frame) ADSL712/02/2011 08:47:22ADSL up, connection speed: 512 kbps/6144 kbps ADSL812/02/2011 08:46:54ADSL down, possible reason: SEF(Severely Errored Frame) ADSL912/02/2011 08:44:32ADSL up, connection speed: 512 kbps/6144 kbps ADSL1012/02/2011 08:44:04ADSL down, possible reason: SEF(Severely Errored Frame) ADSL1112/02/2011 08:34:21ADSL up, connection speed: 512 kbps/6144 kbps ADSL1212/02/2011 08:33:53ADSL down, possible reason: SEF(Severely Errored Frame) ADSL1312/02/2011 08:30:38ADSL up, connection speed: 512 kbps/6144 kbps ADSL1412/02/2011 08:30:10ADSL down, possible reason: SEF(Severely Errored Frame) ADSL

The engineer thinks its the router, but there is a lot of static on the phone line (with extentions disconnected). Also the attenuation is a bit high despite a drop in speed from 8mb to 6mb. See below and any advice offered would be appreciated.. Thanks

Attenuation (Down/Up):33 dB /15 dB DSL Noise Margin:22 dB /16 dB
