some advise would be greatly appreciated. looking at getting cetified in java, there seems to be a few different certifications available. can anybody explain the real difference between the OCA and the OCP in java, I am aware the OCA is a lower level and not geared towards coding as such, but bascially is it worth doing if you also intend to do the OCP anyway?

I have programming experience and currently in an ICT position but not getting the development experience I want, am I right to go down this path to try break into Java development?

I have also decided I would like to do classroom based courses, I have looked into the two courses provided by Dorset College for the OCA and OCP, does anyone have experiecne with Dorset College and would you recommend them for these certifications? Any other recommendations would also be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers.
