Abu Dhabi Sports & Dubai Sports 3 fta on Hotbird

    Hi, I just recently aligned my dish to 13E & noticed these two channels on it fta.

    I know Dhabi Sports has the right to some EPL games on some of its channels on other satellites & was wondering if this was one of them & if not what is the content like as it dosent give me an epg listing & also wondering about the content on Dubai Sports 3 aswell which is also fta without a epg listing. Anything worth getting excited about?

    No, you might see Diego Maradonna jumping around an odd time (on the sidelines), apart from that, no.

    Cheers mate, Maradona jumping up & down on the sidelines is strangley enteraining alright. Anything in the way of foreign football that might be shown on them or any other channels on 13E or 19E even, La Liga, Serie A, Brazilian League etc...

    I know Rai Sports shows some Serie A but not sure if its live or not.

    I don't know a whole lot about the stuff on 13 east tbh, just tuned in one day Maradona's team were playing, all the FTA Arab channels seemed to be showing it.

    Not FTA but Al Jazeera would be a worthy purchase if you are after La Liga and the Serie A

    I only have a fta receiver tho mate. If I was to purchase a receiver with a card slot what type of card would I need to get?

    If you are after Al Jazeera you need an Irdeto receiver.There is a channel Ictimai
    on hot bird 12015h 27500 which shows Serie A games live fta.I think Juventus are playing now and Lazio tomorrow night.
    Telesur the South American news channel(11727v 27500)has decent sports round up programmes on most evenings i think 7,30 and 11,30 with Argentinian football a priority.
    RAI sport only shows Serie C live.
    19 east can be better for FTA Sports with Sport 1 (live German football) Telesur,Eurosport Germany and Sky Sports news all FTA.Sat 1 also has champions league FTA this week Manchester City-Bayern
    16 east has GSP Sport live Romanian league and Tring Sort news and /tvr the Romanian national broadcaster
    7 east has TRT with German and Turkish football live
