Potential scam i faced in the car park earlier!

As i was driving into the Lidl car park in Finglas, Dublin just before 4pm today...

There were 2 blokes in a banger of a car on the left of me and one standing outside the car. They looked suspicious and caught my eye as they were staring in my direction. I tried not to draw attention to them but one of them who looked like he stepped out of the Lock Stock and Smoking Barrels movie came over and knocked on my passenger window offering me an iphone and a laptop for sale as well as offering to buy my car..LOL

Shortly afterwards, I spotted them in the Aldi car park up the road but they didn't stay long. What happened reminded me of a thread here many moons ago of someone buying a laptop and ending up with a bag of phone books Close call :P

Came expecting that same old thread where these two women tied you up in your car and had sexual intercourse with you and took your wallet then you went back every day for the next month to get scammed again. :pac:

aaaah...receiving stolen goods...them were the halcyon days.....I remember them fondly young feller me lad!

Yeah, I had similar story there, but it was about 1,5 year ago. They seem to like the place.

Lidl carpark is for scammers ,however in the Clearwater carpark just down the road a hit man might get you.

I have had a similar experience in the Tesco carpark in Finglas,they even seem to be a better class of scammer..suited and booted and all..still every little helps..!!

you have to expect these kinds of things to happen when you drive around finglas in a giant fishbowl with a video camera.
