replacement card pin

My card was replaced due to scumbaggery and I received it yesterday expecting the pin today,so no pin arrived so I was wondering can anyone tell me if the card will have my old pin or will i have to wait until tomorrow? its a laser from BOI.

I would think it be new card and pin if it was used for a fraud just to sure i would think everything is new
