    Hi Guys,

Apologies but i know very little about minecraft.
My friend has asked about a new laptop and asked about the following for her teenage son.

    http://www.dell.com/ie/p/inspiron-17r-n7110/pd

It will be used mainly for minecraft etc.

I've plugged the specs into a minecraft minimun spec site and it said it would play it. it rated the core i3 2330 a 6, GT GT525M a 4 and 4GB RAM a 7

How would the game perform? Would you be missing out on much?

If this is useless, could someone recommend a laptop he could use, limited
enough budget but don't want to waste on laptop now that won't play it either.

    Thanks again,
    Ciaran

That would be fine I'd imagine.

A good friend of mine has the same laptop (the 15 inch version) and it plays minecraft easily
