Samsung Galaxy S11 Rebooting

I updated my SGS11 through Kies about 2 weeks ago to version 2.3.5

Ever since this update, the phone reboots itself on average about 4 times a day. Other funny (not amusing funny) things also happen like bluetooth connection to car kit breaks quite often too.

Someone on another forum mentioned taking everything off the SD memory, back to the phone, which I did & the issue continues.

Is anyone else experiencing this? And did you find a workable solution?

    Rgds,

    D.

I was experiencing this problem myself. The way it seemed to fix for me was to put something between the back cover and the battery, e.g. some folded over paper or something that will push the battery in more.

I have no idea why this only happened after the last update, doesn't make sense really. But this fix worked for me I haven't gotten restarts in weeks.

Its worth a try for a day or two before bringing it back to whomever you bought it from.

    Hope this helps

I will try anything at this stage as it is very annoying.

But the phone is sitting on my desk in front of me, and quite literally reboots without any movement at all. I have been trying to see if this reboot occurs with any one incident - incoming email, text, call, viber etc and it appears to reboot without any cause at all that I can see.

    Thanks again.
