Suggestion: Unemployment Support forum

    Can I suggest a Work/Jobs sub-forum for people to act as a space of mutual support for the unemployed?

    It would be for people to get things off their chest, share experiences, positive and negative, to assist those finding it tough in these difficult times. Participants can then decide how to use the forum on- or off-line.

    As someone long-term unemployed, I feel isolated and I hope I can speak for many others when I say that sharing my experiences with people who truly understand the common thoughts and feelings that come up helps a lot. By comparison, family and friends mean well but it's not the same.
