    Very inspirational piece from John Kirwan regarding his depression. Depression is probably the most untalked about big issue in Ireland so I thought this worth posting.

    in the week that Gary Speed died , very apt - hopefully more people will understand this horrible illness - rather than the uneducated ****e , when Stan collymore tried talking about it, a few years ago - "How can you be depressed earning 20k a week" - Depression is a bollox that can hit anyone regardless of what they do or how much they earn -

    +1 pick up the phone/call around to your parents/drop in to your partner's work/give a shout to your brother or sister/call a mate.
