It was mainly just to improve the Vita connectivity.Nothing major added to improve the PS3.Pretty dissapointing realy.Usually when they move to a new number something big has been added

That could have been a 3.73.5 update in fairness.

4.0 to allow PS Vita integration - Big fat meh for me.

I think if the PS Vita was already out, this update would have been bigger [as in impact, not content].

Still, a waste of time using a new number - raises expectations for something that does not need it.

A little concerned at the implications of this as well.

Will downloaded TV shows be unable to play in time?

Quick fix for cinavia. When it appears on your screen hit PS button on controller and go to settings, move the clock forward an hour or two. Then go back to move where you get another 30 min or so until it shows again:(
