    Also, this seems appropriate:

6th and 7th, 3 hours each. Which in one way is really awful because for a third module I've a 67% essay due on the 5th.

But it also means I'll have three weeks off.........

Could be worse, first time in three and half years I've had less than 6 exams :D

If I finish on the 14th, do I actually have the two weeks after that off? Seems too good to be true... sorry, innocent first year here. :P

    Seems that way, yes!

Two exams, one on the 6th (at half 9 >.< HY503 ya ciiint!) and then the next one on the 18th. That huge break between them isn't going to work well for me I imagine :P

Yep when you're done with the exams, you're off until the start of the semester. So those jammy bucks with no exams are gonna end up with like 6 weeks off.

Starting on the 7th with Psychology and finishing on the 19th with Sociology.

Longest break I have is 4 days between 7th and 11th, thats not too bad.

I'll need to organise a night out with all my mates when were finished, we need to celebrate big time:D.

My last exam is on the 14th...which gives me a long aul rest before lectures begin again :) Bad side is, I have less time BEFORE the exams to study...also, all four of my exams are scheduled on top of each other, leaving no breaks and meaning that time has to be taken off work.. (darn)...otherwise, looking at that nice long break until the end of January; I'm happy :)

I've never understood why people have such a problem with exams on a Sat? It's the same as any other day during exam season no?

I think this is the first time in all my years here that I haven't had an exam on Saturday. It's not that bad.

Not saturday nights, Maynooth is full of old ones on weekends.

I would be tempted to go out when I have that 4 day gap between exams. It wouldn't hurt my study that much.

well for me it means trying to get time off work which is pretty hard these days to do without it being a massive deal.

also, I live at home and to the other people in the house(and the neighbours) its the weekend, so things will be loud and people drinking and playing music and stuff, which sucks when you are trying to revise and get an early night when you have an exam at 9.30 the next day

I had a bad experience of this last year. Basically my room mate and his lady-friend decided 11.30pm was the best time to start to have sex--and with the most over-the-top porn screams! They eventually stopped after a shower and loads more noise around 1 am. But my God it was the silliest sounding sex I've ever heard to exist.

I had to get up at like 7 am to revise and shower etc. and just couldn't wake myself up properly. Miserable times!
