Was thinking a Mod could pick a person each day to do up a session for people to run.You could then discuss your session after and people could get feedback from others.

Example session might be 6 x 600m with 75seconds recovery.

Good idea, maybe session of the week would get more numbers as people do session on different days.

Have to say I like this idea. In terms of application I dunno if this is really doable given people training for for a multitude of different events makes this difficult enough to do however I think it might not be a bad idea to have one person do up a session say every few days and explanation of the benefits of the session etc and people could ask or quiz the OP on the session.

Could even have it as a similar template to the Spotlight thread in that person who does up schedule nominates the next person. This way can gain insight into each others training (or atleast training ideas)

It could create an archive of sessions that people could look to and even perhaps comment on if they did them and how they got on
