Eircom: DSL down (again) in Killarney

    Broadband is down again today. What's happening with the broadband in the Killarney area? Once a week the broadband is down. If I ring the helpdesk, I'm on the phone for half a day trying to sort out the connection problem at my end that does not exist. The helpdesk ia not informed of any maintenance.

    Anyone know what's happening in the area?

    Hi madrabui,

    Following on from your post on our forum:

    I checked with managers in broadband technical support and they confirmed -

    "There is a DSL outage in Kilarney affecting customers.

    The SAC have been made aware of the issue and will investigate"

    I will keep you posted of any updates.
