Out of warranty iphone 4 repair?

Soo my coverage has been startnig to go lately to the point now where its 99% gone all of the time, tried restoring etc etc Basically gonna have to send her back to apple to get her repaired, AND shes out of warranty, any ideas at what kinda bill im looking at? Im guessing a minimum of 100 and a max of 200??

Around €200 is what Apple charge for out of warranty repairs.
