conecting onto mains sewerage in kildare

    looking for a ball park figure to connect up tothe council main sewerage this would involveopening the road for about twenty feet connection and reinstment just starting to renovate a n old house and need to get someting sorted and remove septic tank thanks

    Are you asking about the charge by KCC to connect to the public sewer, or the cost of having the work carried out.

    If its the latter, it depends on a number of things:
    - the inverts of your connection,
    - if there is an existing manhole on the line
    - surface reinstatement, footpaths, existing services crossing etc.

    both realy their are no footpaths luckily enough the man hole is directly opposite relay just need to get the road opend connect intothe mains and reinstate road again does council have to inspect job or do they do it for you thanks for the reply
