    Does anybody know do this buddhist centre teach meditation. I know it says on their website that Tuesdays are for beginners but I couldn't find anything that says its guided meditation. Thanks.

    Hi there,

    I haven't been there recently but it used to be guided meditation with a reading or talk afterwards followed by tea and a chat. I'd be surprised if it has changed much. It might be worth giving them a call or email first just to check - occasionally they have something else on a Tuesday if a teacher is visiting.
