New Laptop Needed - Help Required Please. Requirments In Thread.

    Hi all, I'd be very grateful if someone more knowledgeable than myself could help me out here.

    Basically I'm going to be purchasing a new laptop with a budget of €500.

    It will be used mainly for streaming sports (I know internet connection is the main thing here but the laptop helps too), some work on Microsoft Office, downloading music, and general internet browsing.

    It will get a lot of use so something reliable is very important.

    I've had a Sony Vaio for 3 years now and haven't had a bit of bother with it apart from the screen breaking which was my fault, so if there's a good Vaio on the market within my budget then that would be my first option. I'm more than open to other makes though as I might have just struck lucky the first time!

    I'm also aware of free anti-viruses etc so don't need any of those thrown in which would make the purchase of the laptop more expensive.
