Dump load,

    Hello,

    I'm setting up a wind turbine system(1600w/24v). The system is basic, the power comes from the turbine to 2 invertors, each 500w rated and these feed the house grid. For the dump load I was hoping to get a 24v immersion heater and replace the one thats in the cylinder.

    I have not got the immersion heater yet, but want to wait and see how much power is actually going into the dump load. My question is this : I do not have any 24v rated appliances in the house for the dump load, is there anything else I could for the time being, eg 240v fan heater?
