Digital art courses

I shied away from digital colouring etc as I got frustrated that I did not seem to be progressing. So I have PS on my not being used. Next year I am going to take another bash at it. Do you guys know if there are any digital art courses in the dublin area that I could look into? I mainly do comic book style.
