You go to your paypal account and add click “add credit/debit card"

Just follow the instructions given, that's it. If you log into your Paypal account you'll see it's all explained there.

May be slighly off topic, but is there really any point to confirming the card as it will be useless when the OP get another voucher and the funds run out on original voucher?

Also, I would recommend O2 Money card over 3V, you can keep adding fund to the same card. Once the 3v voucher on your paypals runs out, you have to get another one and add a new card. I used to use 3v and my account was limited by paypal because I added 41 credit cards (3v vouchers) to my account. Had to ring the to get it unrestricted.

But to add a card, just hover over "Profile" and click "Add/Edit credit card" and add the card. Then you can start using it on ebay etc. :)

You are correct there is no piont confirming a 3V voucher on paypal and you should delete 3V vouchers/credit cards when they run out there is no need to allow them to remain on your account and Also O2 money card is a better option you will save allot of money in the long term using and O2 card rather than a 3V card.

I read somewhere that when you add a certain amount of credit card numbers to your account in a year or two, paypal sometimes put a limit on your account because it looks suspicious. For that reason id recommend the O2 money card or even the visa debit card (ulster bank have them)
