    I hope this is allowed.

    Has anyone ordered from there recently/know if they still use normal post?

    Last time I ordered the item went missing, and the time before that it took over a month for my parcel to show up (although I did get it in the end) so I am just wondering if they have changed to using trackable post/couriers yet.

    It's signed for now, think there were too many deliveries going missing. I'm due an order tomorrow from them so will double confirm for you then.

    Thanks a million, id really appreciate that! I really hope it is, I don't want to risk placing another order if its going to take a month or get lost again!

    Hiya just wondering if your order arrived? Really hope it came by express/signed for so I can go ahead and place mine!

    Also if anyone knows how River Island ship I would appreciate it..haven't ordered from them yet.

    Hi there,

    Nope still hasn't arrived. It's taking way longer for some reason this time.:mad:

    Tried to ring them today and was number 22 in line to a UK number so after 20 mins on hold I hung up. Hope it arrives tomorrow, will let you know then.

    Yeah post seems to be slower alright, my package from ASOS was despatched early last week, arrived in Ireland at the beginning of this week and I only received it today! Also found out River Island deliver via DPD so its secure, incase anyone else is wondering! :)

    DPD are a pain in the neck, really difficult to deal with unless you are in the first time the call.

    i ordered from asos on 27th, despatched 28th, arrived 30th. Astonishing!

    It finally arrived today and yes it was signed for.

    It was supposed to be a 2 day service but it was more like 5.
