Has anyone any information on why Diesel/Petrol prices have become so equal of late?, in fact some places I have seen Diesel more expensive than Petrol.
Was it not the case a couple of budgets ago that there was an increase put on petrol which diesel escaped?

Garages are masking the fact that they have decided to take advantage of the massive increase in Diesel car sales in the current panic about what the budget will hold IMO.
