I have an old Sky Box and thinking of getting the HD pack, will sky insist on a phone line connection, I dont have one connected to the old box and have no intention of connecting one to a new box.

Just saw an ad on one of the English channels, the gist was "upgrade to the HD pack and get a new 1tb box for £49". Usually this means we get charged €49 over here, that's a great price for a 1tb box, they were €249 not too long ago.

Zerk, I upgraded to the HD pack this week for my own house and my mothers. I got a Sky+HD 1tb Box and a Sky+hd Box for my multiroom installed and all for €49. Deal was that good that even the Sky Rep had to double check before putting it through. Installed and all now for less than €50.
