Can you check if customs are holding anything on you ?

    I order something over 2 weeks ago from the States. It's just perfume that can't be got in Ireland or the EU.

    I've not received it and not received a letter from customs telling me if and what duty needs to be paid.

    Anyone know if you can check if they have something in there office/warehouse ?

    No,

    It was sent from a real company but from the US tracking would have cost alot more.

    not sure if they can look because you dont have a tracking number but maybe you could give your address and find out

    Ill give them a try.. The company https://www.fragrancex.com didn't offer any other shipping type so i had to go with what they offered.

    I wouldnt be suprised if you package isnt here yet and thats what the delay is. Standard airmail from the states can be up to 3+ weeks at times.

    If customs have it you'll get a letter off them either ways when its here looking for an invoice.

    The only way you can find out is to wait and see if you receive a letter from customs asking you to pay X amount of money. Ringing them and asking them about a package with no tracking number is ridiculous and a waste of everyone's time - they are not going to search thousands of packages to see if your name is on one.
