Go to any decent motor factors and get a proper pair. Shipping costs on something like that will be high. If they still end up cheap then they will, most likely, be useless.

Total cost including delivery is just less than EUR40, I'll check the local motor factors and see what they have. It was the length of these that appealed to me as I currently have a car with a flat battery and it will be difficult to get anything side by side or "nose to nose" so I can jump it...

Get surge protected ones if your budget stretches to it - helps protect any potential ECU damage from sparking.

They have free shipping sometimes, but I reckon you should get some locally for similar money.

I believe LIDL have decent ones in stock at the moment, they were on special last week I think but I'm sure there's still some hanging around. I got the same type last year I think and they are grand for my transit :)

I'd say they will easily do for 2 litre diesel.

I've been starting 11 litre diesel coach with similar cables without any problems.
