I have a Topeak rack which I bought 3 years that I use to carry my stuff to work. A couple of weeks ago I lost a little rubber thingy that is used to secure the rack to the seatpost and you can't find it online to buy it. I just sent an email to the UK distributor and they immediately answered that they are going to send me one, no hassle, no sweat. It's nothing big, but if they didn't sent me that I would have to probably find some other way to attach it or ending throwing it away.

I thought it was a good idea to share a good customer support with you.

Good to hear. So much bashing of shops/suppliers (whether justified or not!) goes on its good to hear about a good one.

I bought a Topeak multi tool in Halfords.

    http://www.gonnaridemybike.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/topeak-hexus-16-multitool.jpg

After 6 months it fell apart out on the trail, some parts lost. Receipt had gone in the bin as usual. Sent the email to order Topeak for missing parts. They replied and I posted the device over to UK.
8 days later it came back assembled with new (missing) parts.

    NO CHARGE.

Would purchase (and have done) Topeak in a heartbeat after the service shown.
