I think its the meal i changed to, but i thought i would throw it out there. What do or did you feed your pups? I have a 12 week old springer, and have just recently changed her feed to royal canis, small, i want to give her the best start, but this seems to be too rich for her, so any ideas, i dont want to give her rubbish, something that will will sustain and give her all the best she needs.

if it was a sudden change over it may be the problem, mix a few nuts with her old food and keep reducing the amount of her old feed.

I found if moving a pup from say eukanuba to a less concentrated complete food they can take bad Diarrhoea. A few ml of caloine and morphine stops it pretty quickly. Failing that, fast for a day then some boiled rice should dry up it's stomach.

pedigree chum is a fair quality feed. and i usually supplement pups with welpi or lamblac until there are at least six months you are totally right you get out what you put into them if your pup has had the trots it would also be a good idea to it give dioralite drinks there are about 40 cent each from any chemist could not recommend the welpi enough it the next best thing to mothers milk best of luck with the pup
