Hi guys, in the market for a new phone now that I've finally saved up enough money after losing my HTC Mozart a few weeks back. Basically I've got a budget of around €400-500. HTC would probably be my preferred brand but I'm open to any suggestions. Also ideally I'd like a screen that doesn't pick up scratches too badly, my old Hero was great in this respect. Thanks

Yeah I'd also suggest a Galaxy S II. Maybe the new Nokia Lumia 800 if you're interested in WP7. There's tons of choice out there, what OS are you interested in?

Briefly tried WP7 but think I'm more of an Android man, had a look at the Galaxy S II in a shop today and was surprised at how big it was, ideally I'd be looking for something which fits easier to the hand but I see the screens are only getting bigger and bigger on smartphones these days so I might just have to live with it.

Yeah its starting to become ridiculous tbh. But I think after a while you get used to the size of the screen and adapt. I came from an iPhone to the SII and I'm already loving it. I prefer the larger screen now. :)

SgII FTW, people only use/recommend other phones until they use an sgII, then they stop.
