We had a Hamax 101 which - if I can find it - is yours for €20. I'll check when I get back home tonight.

sounds great, thanks for responding and hopefully you can find it.

i read here that the 'Bicycle must have a gap of at least 2 clear inches between top tube and down tube' so i'll have my missus check the bike we would be using tomorrow.

    thanks again,

only 1/2 inch between the top tube and down tube as measured at the inside angle.

if you do find the hamax, can you confirm if that would be enough space for the mount (doesn't sound like it is unfortunately though :().

anyone else have a front mounted child seat?

    thanks.
