Can I still get on the Louth electoral register?
It comes into place on the 15th February 2012, but apparently the deadline was last Friday 25th November to get on it.
I was wondering if I go to Louth County Council could they put me on it?

I visited Louth County Council today and got on the electoral register.

Just out of interest does anyone know how to change your address on the register?

Visit Louth County Council, fill out an electoral registration form.
At the bottom of the form put your old address.
At the top of the form put your new address.
