Electric Kit

Not sure if this is the correct forum but here we go :)

I have been playing kit for over 10 years but have not been able to play for the last 12 months because of practice space. I am thinking of getting an electric as I can just set it up in my apartment.

I was thinking of buying something cheap enough to begin with (as I have someone I can sell it onto if I decide to upgrade). Any comments on this setup?: http://www.thomann.de/ie/1stclassrock_mps100_e-drum_komplett_set.htm

I know it says child/beginner but I don't want to fork out a ton of money to begin with and find I do not get the expected usage! Was hoping then to move onto a netted set at some point.
