    I've been running for about 3 years now - put in effort but really lack speed / good technique.

    Does anyone know of a good running coach in Cork?

    Have you tried going along to a running club? You'll get coaching there.

    Hi There,

    Some good guy's in Cork, Peter Maher, Martin McCarthy, Liam O Reily,
    Steven Macklin, just a few of the them.

    Sorry dont have contact no's for them, should be easy enough to find,

    Steven coach's in Togher ac and also AAI development officer for South area if that's any help
