i have a question about my girlfirends job , she is working in a cafe for the last 8 monts . yesterday she was told by the boss (he is also the owner ) that on monday somebody else is taking over the place , there is going to be a new boss . now the girlfriend is 8 months pregnant so very soon she will be taking maternity…

i have a question about my girlfirends job , she is working in a cafe for the last 8 monts . yesterday she was told by the boss (he is also the owner ) that on monday somebody else is taking over the place , there is going to be a new boss . now the girlfriend is 8 months pregnant so very soon she will be taking maternity leave . more than likely new boss my not like to take her on becouse she is pregnant , what are her rights ?? it is not clear yet what way the change of the bosses is going to happen , whenever its going to be a new company or just change of person who runs the place , eaither way where does she stand . any advice ?? thx
