I'm not totally sure what you mean as they are not forms of MMA, they are each separate sports, just as MMA is.

Is your question supposed to be: what combat sports/martial arts do you do to enhance your skills as a mixed martial artist? Which would make more sense.

    I do UFC.:p

I was only taling to a guy I know a few weeks ago and he had an injured shoulder. When I asked him what happened, he said he hurt it in training ufc. :D
And on that point I actually think theres a currently active Irish fighter who has written on his profile on Facbook/Twitter that he trains ufc.

Most MMA clubs train Grappling + Striking influenced by BJJ, Sambo, Judo, Greco/ freestyle Wrestling, Boxing, Muai Thai. All depending on what instruction is available.

I train at SBG, SBG has Expert Coaches in BJJ, Greco, Judo, Thai Boxing and Boxing.

    Hope this is helpful
