fault fix time frame ?

    Just wondering how long it takes for eircom to fix a fault ? I reported it early Friday , phone and broadband are down .

    The vast majority of faults are fixed in a 2-4 working day time - I see the technican were out this morning. Can I confirm the issue has been sorted?
